Sea Villas: Two story building on Seaview Street between 45th and 46th Avenues South just a short 200 yards to the ocean. Units have been renovated and tastefully furnished by the owners. Sleeping accommodations vary slightly but are more than adequate for the maximum occupancy. Linens and daily maid service. All units have color cable TV and wall to wall carpet. A connecting door between 138 and 139 makes it possible to rent these two units together. Park one car per unit. Large pool and deck area. Grill and picnic area on site. Rates are for 2 person occupancy.
